Client approached us to create a web application for the ease of maintaining relationships with different construction/maintenance firms.
The project includes the development of “Facilities Solutions” web application that allows the client to maintain relationships with several construction/maintenance entities (i.e. Companies). The application will also be available for use by companies who manage facilities projects for corporations in different campuses or locations.
Working on the project, our developers created the web application that enabled client to maintain relations with several corporations. Further, it allowed each company to have several users (i.e. contractors). Besides this, the app allowed the involved companies and their corresponding contractors to be involved in a project. Our developers also created the optional module under the name “Projector Module”. We have developed the project using the MVC 4.0, EF, LINQ and MS SQL server with the client provided scope.
In this application, we have also created the Project module, budget module, Change request module, Invoice module, and Report module. Admin will have the access to create the company and campus, on the basis of which, the project will be assigned to that company. User can add the project details and their budgets, CR, PO, estimations and based on that their report with spend plan, monetary overview can be viewed. User will also have access to add the project photo.
