Fixing Issues in a Pethelp Application

Client Brief:

The client wanted us to make some changes to an existing application in order to fix the issues being faced.

Our Endeavor:

The Pet-Help application assists users in searching the lost pets by registering it on the application using the tag and control numbers. The application admin takes help of other organization to search the lost pets. Users can also shop the different items related to the pets. Once the users completed the shopping and check-out, the payment is processed using the secure net payment gateway.
In the admin section, we developed a new section where a user could view all the transaction details and also change the status of product dispatch. We did various work on this application:  
  • Shopping Cart was not working, we worked on the same to make it works properly.
  • Payment gateway was not working properly, we make it working
  • We worked on appointment calendar to make it in 24x7 format.
