Client Brief

Lighting Design is a USA-based online store selling lighting fixtures to customers nationwide. The client is technically experienced with Shopify and other web technologies. They needed custom brand filters added to their collection pages, brand logos placed on the brand page, and ADA accessibility issues fully fixed across the whole website today.

Our Endeavor

Lighting Design asked us to add custom brand filters to their collection pages, bring brand logos onto the brand page, and fix the ADA accessibility issues across the site. Since the client already understood Shopify well, our team worked closely with them at every step to match their exact expectations.

Our developer built the brand filter functionality using product tags, so the filters now show the correct products the moment a customer selects a brand. We also integrated the brand images on the brand page and went through the site fixing ADA accessibility issues, making adjustments in Shopify Liquid, CSS, and HTML along the way to keep everything aligned with what the client wanted.

The work went smoothly with no major roadblocks, and the whole project was completed in about 20 days. Customers can now find brand products much faster using the new filters, and the ADA fixes make the site more usable for people with disabilities while supporting accessibility compliance.
