Shopify website for 'Maritime Tribes' in USA

Client Brief

Maritime Tribes is a USA-based coastal lifestyle brand offering a unique range of home and gifting products - from vintage map blankets and scarves to signal flag décor, all celebrating the beauty of place and the art of exploration. The client approached us to consolidate content and products from their separate website, My Signal Flags, into the Maritime Tribes store, creating a unified online presence where visitors could explore everything in one place.

Our Endeavor

The client needed a dedicated My Signal Flags section built within the Maritime Tribes website that closely matched the look and feel of the original standalone site, so visitors could seamlessly explore signal flag products and content without being redirected elsewhere.

Our team created a new landing page within the Maritime Tribes Shopify store, migrating all relevant content, videos, and product collections - including the My Signal Flags Coaster Collection and Vintage Flag Ornaments Collection from the original site. A custom-built interactive feature was developed that allows visitors to type a name and instantly see the corresponding signal flag images displayed on screen. The contact page was also updated with improved location details and Google Map integration for better accessibility. Throughout the work, our developers ensured the new section blended naturally with the existing design, branding, and navigation of the Maritime Tribes store using Shopify, Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

As a result, the client now manages everything from a single platform. The new landing page is visually consistent, the interactive flag feature adds a personalized touch for visitors, and the contact page is clearer and easier to use giving Maritime Tribes a more streamlined and engaging online presence.
