Project Goal

The main goal of the project was to optimize Dabur’s accounts process system using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to increase efficiency, improve processing speed, and enhance reliability.

Dabur’s existing RPA system had issues with low success rates and pending tasks, which hindered smooth operations. We were tasked with enhancing the RPA framework to address these challenges and improve its performance.
