Fashion Sourcing, a France-based company in the fashion and lifestyle sector, needed an e-commerce platform to connect buyers and suppliers efficiently. We developed a scalable platform using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js), incorporating Progressive Web App (PWA) features, role-based dashboards, and Elasticsearch for real-time search, streamlining their processes and enhancing user experience across devices.

The company focuses on simplifying procurement processes, fostering transparency, and creating new market opportunities. With a vision to reflect the dynamism of the fashion industry, Fashion Sourcing aims to provide a user-friendly, centralized system that supports seamless buying and selling for its users.

Project Goal

Our primary goal was to build a fully functional, scalable e-commerce portal for Fashion Sourcing using MEAN stack technologies. The client needed the platform to support multiple user roles, including admin, suppliers, and buyers, each with tailored access and functionality. It had to support profile management, product listings, RFQs (Request for Quotes), and detailed tracking.

Along with this, we had to make the design responsive and ensure fast search capabilities across all data. MEAN stack’s modular architecture, API-friendly nature, and real-time data handling features made it a great fit.

We aimed to deliver a responsive, PWA-enabled solution with fast search capabilities, ensuring efficiency, speed, and smooth navigation across all devices.
