Project Goal

The goal of this project was to develop a scalable, role-based CRM and Sales system using Odoo 17 that could streamline lead tracking, automate follow-ups, and manage post-sales activities efficiently.

We aimed to eliminate manual intervention by automating lead intake from website forms via email parsing and structuring lead lifecycle stages. The system needed to support secure, role-specific access across departments, ensure smooth data migration from Excel, and offer intuitive dashboards for Sales, Production, and Accounts teams.

Additionally, the solution was designed to enhance communication tracking, reduce delays in sales workflows, and improve productivity across all internal operations with centralized visibility.
