The client approached us to enhance their mobile app’s security and ensure smoother document and data handling for users.
The client asked us to upgrade their mobile apps for both iOS and Android to improve security and make document verification and bank statement checks work better. They wanted us to update the digital identity system (used for verifying user identity) in the app and fix any issues during the upgrade.
Our team upgraded the Digi Identity SDK (a tool that helps verify user identity through documents) to the latest version in both iOS and Android apps. We also updated the Experian key (a feature used for checking and verifying users’ bank statements). While doing this, we came across some compatibility issues that affected how certain app features worked together. All these issues were fixed carefully to make sure everything functioned properly after the update.
We tested the apps thoroughly after completing the upgrades to confirm that users could continue verifying their documents and financial information without any trouble. The new versions of the apps now run smoothly, handle data more securely, and are compatible with the latest system requirements.
