Stag Elevators is a home elevator company offering safe, easy-to-use lift solutions for houses and villas. The brand provides customised residential elevators suited for children, seniors, and families. The client approached us to develop a CRM (customer relationship management system) to organize inquiries, team access, and day-to-day work more efficiently.
The client asked us to create a simple and customized CRM where their team could handle daily work such as managing inquiries, assigning tasks, checking follow-ups, and tracking the overall progress from sales to production. They wanted everything in one place without confusion, along with full control over who can see or do what inside the system.
We built a custom CRM using Odoo, Python, and PostgreSQL. Our team created an admin section where the client can easily add new users, assign roles, and control what each person can see or do in the system. We designed dashboards that show all leads and their current status in one place. The client can easily update the status of each lead and track its progress through set stages in both sales and production. We also made it easier to handle large amounts of data by adding options to import many leads at once and assign them in bulk to the right team member.
The client is now able to see all leads clearly with their current status, and the dashboard gives an easy view of how each lead is moving and performing. Overall, the client has better control, better visibility, and a smoother flow from inquiry to production.
