Anita Wyn Club is a membership platform offering exclusive giveaways of luxury products, including stylish handbags. They provide customers with special discounts through subscriptions, enhancing their shopping experience. The client approached us to streamline their subscription process and improve customer engagement on their website.
The client asked us to develop a system that automatically tracks customer actions on their website, manages memberships, and sends personalized emails to improve engagement and sales.
Our team integrated Klaviyo, an email marketing automation tool with the client’s Webflow-based website to track user activities like page views, product checks, purchases, and newsletter sign-ups. This data is automatically sent to Klaviyo for personalized email campaigns. We used Zapier (an automation tool) to streamline the process. When someone signs up, Zapier automatically adds their information to Klaviyo, assigns tags for future emails, and also syncs the data with Memberstack (a membership platform) to control the content or offers users can access as members. Our team ensured all these systems work together smoothly, reducing the need for manual updates and improving communication between the client and their users.
The client now benefits from automated emails, smarter tracking, and better control over their memberships, all helping them grow their business and connect better with their customers.
