The client approached with a requirement of developing an internal application for their organization, which will be used internally within the organization. The app was supposed to manage the queries raised by the external clients of the organization.
This tool was basically an internal organization web application that has been developed to manage clients’ queries. We have developed complete architecture of the website using nlayer and separated data access logics. An external client of the organization can see and inquiry form in the frontend, where they can post their construction requirements to get quotes.
When an external client raises an enquiry, the app notifies the internal sales employees. They can communicate with the client through the app and prepare design estimation and send quote to the client. When a client approves the design and agrees on the quote, he can deposit money through the app, and client’s company can start working on the project.
Apart from these, the app also helps the internal employees to file all the data and docs related to the contract like the receipt copy of the online payment and architectural and engineering documents related to the project.
We have developed following modules:
Admin: Admin can manage users and email templates; while he can see the reports of completed/ non completed inquiries.
Frontend: Internal users can login to the application by using login credential provided by the admin and see the new inquiries assigned to them and do there defined document preparation and attach to the inquiries.
