The plan of the business and the site is to serve buyers and sellers by increasing competition of agents through a reverse bid website, providing them with more agents and thus more competition to choose from as well as allowing them to retain more equity for themselves. The agents will be serviced by the site by providing them with qualified leads of buyers and sellers, more information than they have had before, and an easy platform for them to communicate with each potential client.
