The client wanted us to make some customizations for Payzium CRM like developing plugins, scheduling reports, and custom system workflows etc.
For this project, two different environments were required for two countries as the user base was different for both the locations. Working on this project, we mapped the client's sales & marketing details like contacts, agents, business opportunities, campaigns and various activities like emails, phone calls etc. to make the process smoother and seamless.
Several enhancements were made on different modules to boost the sales process and provide the CRM users with maximum & efficient data that can increase business productivity. Overall, we did following tasks in this project -
• Defined user roles for better transparency.
• Introduced notification workflows to notify the users and teams on critical events and CRM updates.
• Customized out-of-the-box entities to include custom fields so that critical information can be captured at lead level.
• Developed Custom business rules to enforce data validation and let the user follow a predefined business process which also increases the data consistency throughout the system.
