Client Brief:

SynapseIndia was approached to develop a subscription site ( VehicleIDPro.com) that would help the police departments in the USA to identify the vehicles involved in crimes.

Our Endeavor:

VehicleIDPro.com is a website that allows to search vehicle information through a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) which we query with Autodata.net (a third party application) web feed.

Following are the functionalities that are been added in the web app:

Stolen: Vehicles are reported to police departments with their VIN # (vehicle identification number). BOLO (Be on the Look Out) Alerts are then broadcast to the officers in the field for them to look for the vehicle on the streets.

Victims: Victims or witnesses of the crimes are facilitated with a system allows them a perfect way to sort/search/suggest/compare vehicles based on different search parameters.

EVOX API is used to display multiple view images and showing all factory colors for all makes and models in 5 angles. This API help in making the process of searching and locating a vehicle a lot easier.
