Modifications in the Rental Property Management Web Application

Client Brief

Enhancing the backend of a .NET based rental property management website with admin and sub-admin roles for managing bookings, arrival/departures, etc.

Our Endeavor

The project required working on an existing source code, and therefore an iterative development approach was utilized by the development team. To shorten the development time, the team adopted an approach that involved reviewing the code, making the required updates as they reviewed, and also making the necessary changes on the other associated modules of the existing website to reflect the updates being made.

 

The team updated the admin panel with provisions for new owner roles with the necessary admin privileges. The new control dashboard allows the following:

- Manage bookings of rental property

- Manage seasonal & peak time booking facility

- Manage janitorial services of villas

- Manage customer arrival & departure services

 

Along with updating the admin the team also tweaked the existing code base for better performance and usability.
