Client Brief:

The client wanted us to develop a website to display properties placed for auctions on different websites. He wanted a real estate website which includes scraping from 5 sites and features like radius search, advanced property search, Auctions listing, property details of auctions, auction start date etc. He also wanted a mobile application for the same

Our Endeavor:

• View some information about you and your company on the homepage along with some auction properties.
• View the commercial and residential properties on the website by selecting their preferences.
• Filter their search for property based on location, Price, Property type, Auction house and Sale date
• Click on upcoming auctions to view the list of auctions to be held.
• Click on Next auction to view the soonest next auction to be held.
