The client approached SynapseIndia with a requirement of designing & developing an application for iPhone as a 'sales and ordering software' for the beverage industry that allows companies to add and manage their suppliers, customers, and orders details. Users can submit information, view supplier's details, customer's details, location via map, order details, order history, delivery details and payment details.
MobAle is a mobile-based sale and ordering application integrated with QuickBooks and Excel delivering near real-time inventory, ordering, and customer management to your sales force. MobAle combines the power of today’s mobile devices and notebooks with cloud computing to enhance and streamline your interaction with your customers.
A company’s salespersons would login into the application and can view orders, products, customers and manage delivery and payment. They can also view suppliers alongside can take and place new orders.
Most of the times the app can be used offline by the sales persons, so we have suggested the client have a functionality that would help the app to keep the offline records in the local database of the device. Whenever the app will be connected to the Internet, it will synchronize the local database with the online database. The flow has been designed in a very user-friendly manner so that sales person can take and place orders quickly.
Salesmen are provided with a set of username and password by the admin and using these login credentials the salesmen can manage their customers, orders, payments etc.
