Development of Joomla Based Real Estate Website - Bill Williams Realty

Billwilliamsrealty.com is aimed at allowing real estate agents and property owners to list the properties for sale/rent. Users are allowed to search for properties by selecting their preferred criteria and view property details. We have added  a new search module by using Joomla framework. Using this search module users can search the properties for rent or sale. The client shared his huge database in MBD format from which we have imported the data in the existing website database and have fetched the property search records from same table.
 
We have also added the functionality to display the search records on Google Map. The search results can be filtered or sorted the data by price. The reports can be viewed in graphical format like using Highcharts. We have also added a module in the admin section which can be used in entering the XML file URLs and display the records as Transfer Weekly Records on the home page. We have integrated RealtyNA Joomla component for fetching properties from third party MLS. In addition, we have enhanced similar functionalities on few other domains of the client including: hamptonsrealproperty.com and hamptonshomesonline.com.
