Mortgage Calculator - Joomla Module Development

Client has several real state websites like Ridgeviewatstetsonhills.com, Woodmen-hills.com, Northgate-homes.com, Springshomes.com, Springshomesforrent.com and Homesbymichaelhall.com. The property details of these have been maintained centrally at a server. Our module fetches the property price dynamically from the central server against a property and calculates the mortgage accordingly.

We have developed a module for Joomla 1.5, 1.7 and 2.5. In this we have fetched the property price dynamically via a small webservice and accordingly integrated a formula to calculate the mortgage value. We have implemented a slider to change the interest rate to get the down payment, loan amount accordingly. We have also provided a dynamic feature in the back-end from where admin can switch on/off some of the parameters for displaying the same over calculator. Users also have the option to send an email on prequalified rates and current rates in his email address for the future purpose.
