Website for Consumer 'SellStuff' Using PHP - Online Reselling Platform

Client Brief

The client wanted us to develop an ecommerce platform using WordPress that would facilitate the users to resell a number of products.

Our Endeavor

• Added a number of products and segregated them under adequate categories.

• Users can select any phone from the categories, the related sub category of the phone will be displayed.

• Used the default category of WordPress in order to add the phone category.

• Created custom post type to add the product on the website.

• Created meta boxes for the price and phone conditions.

• Created the functionality using plugin to upload the product data in text CSV format.

• Created custom sections to display the orders received from the users.

• Implemented Facebook and Google API to login/register using FB and Google. TML plugin has also been integrated to enable the login/register directly on the site.

• Created functionality to choose phone category, sub category and products using Ajax and jQuery.

• Created contact us form on the site.

• Created feature to subscribe for the newsletter.
