The client approached us with his e-store and told us to tweak its functionalities in order to make it more user-friendly.

Our Endeavor

Headcovers, an online store for extending wigs, hats, and head accessories. This is a PrestaShop powered shopping cart solution. To access the functionalities of the site, users need to get registered with the site and create a profile which they can edit whenever required. They can add themselves to various groups and can enjoy discounts that were exclusively added for the group.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is an exceptional attribute added on this store, enabling the users to request a personalized return time. They can even ask for gift certificates or discounts. Before purchasing, users can customize the design of the head gears.

The admin section has also been tweaked & enable the admin to add/edit/delete available colors of products using "Manage Swatches" section. The admin can even manage the attributes of the products so that users get to know the exact details about the product they have searched for.

Alongside, we have done various things...

- Generated Google data feed on the site.

- Added Shopzilla script on the site.

- Implemented Google conversion and ROI code on the site so that the admin can keep a track of the most popular products.

- Added "Swatch" code on the site to monitor which pages of the site are up or down.

- Improved the "Order" and “Dashboard” sections of the website.
