Client Brief

PJ Tool approached us to resolve issues related to the mega menu in the admin section of their website. They wanted smooth functioning of all menu options and an improved admin experience. The goal was to make the management of product categories and navigation easier. They also wanted the structure to be consistent throughout the website.

Our Endeavor

We worked on the jewelry website that offers both standard and custom jewelry products. Our team enhanced the color swatch feature, allowing users to select stone colors, sizes, and other customization options easily. This made the buying process more engaging and helped customers get a better view of their chosen designs before purchase.

Along with this, we refined the functionality to make product customization more accurate and interactive. The updates helped in displaying the right product variations without delay, improving user interaction on the website. Customers could now switch between different combinations smoothly while checking product details.

We also made several backend improvements to support these updates. The product data management became easier for the admin, reducing errors while adding or editing jewelry details. Overall, these efforts improved both user experience on the front end and workflow management in the admin section.
