The client approached us with a requirement to build the customer service operation website for the app Auto Accident App; an app that can be used to register details of any accident.
Auto Accident App is one of a kind app that enables the users to register the details of an accident through their iPhones. The app has been developed at our end. Now we had been approached to develop a customer service operations (CSO) website for the same. Find the portfolio for the app here.
The website is developed in PHP and MySQL 5. The objective of the website is to provide customer service operators (CSO) access to all the information that they will need to effectively assist app users who call in for help from the scene of an accident or otherwise. CSOs need access to customer, accident, and provider’s information as well as be able to assign providers to customers and set appointments on their behalf. In addition to that customer service should be able to provide general assistance to customers and providers as needed.
