Website for Real Estate 'The Corporate Stay' Using PHP – Property for Rent

Client Brief

The client approached SynapseIndia with a requirement of re-developing his existing website and also asked mobile website where visitor would be able to find/search property for rent and send quick inquiry as well as can fill up a form to be contacted later.

Our Endeavor

• Multilingual Site: Apart from English, the site is visible in 3 other languages - Chinese, Japanese and Spanish.

• Home Page: The home page of the site contains links to various pages of the site. Apart from the prominent page links, the home also carries links to the mobile apps. Corporate Stay offers few mobile apps for popular platforms like iPhone, Android and BlackBerry. These apps held a user search for adequate properties in and around Boston & Cambridge. Apart from that the home page also displays top three properties offered by the firm.

• Property Listing Page: This page lists all the properties offered, and users can also filter the properties by sorting them through city. The page also boasts few other links including: Featured Properties, Promotion Properties, and All Properties.

• Promotion Property Listing Page: The page shows promotional properties along with all the features available on other property listing sites.

• Search Properties by Keyword/Area/Property Type: This advanced search functionality helps the users to search properties depending upon few filters like keyword, area, property type etc.

• Property Detail Page: The property details page shows a calendar helping the users to look for a property for a particular period of time. The page also displays property gallery, Google Map, track property viewed etc.

• Cart Functionality: When a user books any property, the property gets added on his cart. The cart comes with editable features and users can delete the property in any later case. If the user clicks on the checkout button then a new page opens up with a query form where user would be able to put his name, email, phone, country, city and a message. When a user clicks on the submit button then a notification gets delivered to the admin on mail.

• Contact Us Page: This page is for helping users to send queries. When a user sends a query, the admin gets a notification and can store query on the database.

• PHP Live Chat Integration: We have integrated the PHP Live Chat plugin into the site to help the end user and the admin can to have a live chat.
