Real Estate Website in PHP for 'House Price Insider' - Rental Services

Client Brief

The client wanted us to build a conservative site which was to be used by house buyers wishing to reduce the price they pay by liaising with other potential purchasers of the same house. The site will automatically create a new message board thread for each new property registered by a customer. The look and feel of the site was expected to be "professional and functional".
