Real Estate Website in PHP for 'House Price Insider' - Rental Services

Client Brief

The client wanted us to build a conservative site which was to be used by house buyers wishing to reduce the price they pay by liaising with other potential purchasers of the same house. The site will automatically create a new message board thread for each new property registered by a customer. The look and feel of the site was expected to be "professional and functional".

Our Endeavor

We kept the design simple to understand without any gimmicks to distract from the purpose. The site has the feature to insert the postcode of a property and search for related message board threads. Threads were broken down into two broad categories: Sale/Rental. The user access rights are limited to subscribers to that particular thread. The website was created using PHP with a MySQL database. We also designed the logo for the site.
