Client Brief

Real Estate Tax Master wanted us to create a fully functional website for Real Estate Taxation Solutions. Their main requirement was to integrate specific features that could handle document processing and digital signature workflows efficiently. They needed the system to automate PDF generation and signature collection while maintaining smooth data exchange between different services. The goal was to make their internal processes faster and more organized through the new website.

Our Endeavor

Our team worked extensively on integrating APIs of WebMerge, RightSignature, and ClixTrac to meet the client’s goals. We started by setting up the WebMerge API to process incoming data from the client’s server. This integration helped in automatically generating PDF files without any manual steps. It provided an efficient way to handle document creation directly within the system.

We further implemented RightSignature, which allowed users to add their electronic signatures to the generated PDF files. This connection between WebMerge and RightSignature made the document workflow smooth and automated. It helped the client collect e-signatures quickly while maintaining data accuracy and security throughout the process.

Our team incorporated ClixTrac, a third-party software, to manage affiliate user reference tracking. This addition made it easier to monitor referral activities and analyze data effectively. Each integration was carefully managed to keep the process consistent and error-free.
