A Site for an Event Management Company

Venue Scanner is an event based website that allows the users to looks for  perfect meeting room, workspace, wedding reception or pop up shop. The site is allows  business venues and event space for rent. The site allows to rent a space for a specific duration, where users can book space on hourly, per night or daily basis. The site is accessible to two types of users: one who is looking for business venues and event space for rent and the other who can actually book them according to their requisites.

For room form registration:
 
We have created form for room registration with front-end and back-end functionality. Users can book s a room  according to room availability, room rate, venue information, room size and capacity, room rate etc. The cancellation policy and rental agreement are some of the important pages.

Edit / Complete the room/space form:

We have created front-end and back end functionality for add room environment attributes, add audio/visual/internet, add catering, add amenities etc. functionalities.

We have used full calendar plugin and modified the full calendar functionality as per client requirement.
