Client Brief

Mirchi Market is an online grocery retail store in the USA. This eCommerce website offers Indian grocery products to customers spreading wide across the area in New York. On this website, customers can find a plethora of grocery items including dairy products, sauces, lentils, beans, healthy products, and much more. The client approached SynapseIndia to develop and design the existing website for increasing sales.

Our Endeavor

As per the requirement of the client, the team of SynapseIndia started working on the website development task of the Mirchi Market. At first major change was made in the product's 'Add to Cart' functionality. The team successfully implemented the feature to add products in the cart that can be checked out at any point in time. This allows the customers to add as many products in the 'Add to Cart' section depending on the personal requirement.

The next phase was to add the feature of the fast checkout process using different payment modes. The team implemented the same allowing users to order groceries online in a matter of short time.

We also added the feature of inserting zip-code on the homepage. This helps customers to first enter their zip-code to see whether the online delivery of grocery products is possible in their area or not.

The user's sign-in functionality was also added to see the products in the 'add to cart' section and previous orders. Additionally, admin functionality was implemented to see total orders on the website, the list of customers, product details, and other details.

The website development task was completed and submitted on time. Also, we received positive feedback from the client's side for adding relevant features to the eCommerce website.
