Website Development for Sports Industry in USA - Minnesota Breakers

Client Brief

Minnesota Breakers is an online sports platform that offers excellent opportunities for the growing softball athletes in the USA to showcase their talents and compete at the highest level. The client approached us to build a new WordPress website by creating and integrating a custom theme & plugin. We were also required to create templates for the homepage and inner pages.

Our Endeavor

Our WordPress experts developed the website as per the requirement of the client. We created & integrated a custom theme and plugin named “Sports Boss”. This plugin allows the website admin to create teams, team events, upcoming matches, add/edit news, update honors, etc. The admin can also assign a specific role (like player) to any registered user. Also, we created and integrated the new layouts of home, teams, players and events into the plugin.

We added the profile management functionality that allows the parents to create their profiles and manage the information of their child athlete. They can also add other family members to the profile dashboard. We integrated the auto search suggestion functionality in the website to search players, teams, events, and news.

According to the recent requirements of the client, our developers have upgraded PHP with the latest version. We have also improved the website security and resolved other issues.
