Client Brief

ArcLero provides a secure, all-in-one learning platform for government and regulated training, delivering self-paced, instructor-led, and hybrid programs. It helps organizations manage compliance, track progress, and ensure accessible, high-quality training for all learners. The client approached us to build a Moodle plugin on their website to pull data, assign courses, and track student progress.

Our Endeavor

The client asked us to maintain their Moodle LMS website and develop a plugin that connects the platform with an external training provider. Their requirement was to use the data shared by the training provider’s system to automatically add users, enroll them in the correct courses, and display their learning progress without manual work.

We developed the plugin using Moodle, PHP, and MySQL. It collects learner details provided by the training partner, creates user accounts, assigns courses, and tracks progress automatically. We also created dashboards where students can view their courses and progress, while administrators can see overall learning activity. Along with this, we updated the website theme, upgraded Moodle to version 5.1, and migrated the website to a new server.

This work helped the client reduce manual effort and keep training data updated. Students can easily check their courses and progress in one place, and administrators can manage learning activities more easily using an updated and stable system.
