Client Brief

The client provides Workflow Management Services to its customers. We are hired to design and developed a web based solution for online client management tool.

Our Endeavor

The website is developed to maintain client records, document management and job tracking with rich features like multiple large file uploads, event based email triggers and XML Integration. The website would only be accessible to authenticated users.. The privileges are granted to users based on the categories namely admin(Service Provider), Users(Company) , Clients(Agents /Employees) and Contacts (Customers). The administrator of the site is provided with strong interface to add/edit users,clients and contacts. The site is developed in ASP.NET with MS SQL Database.
