Enhancement in Equipment Maintenance Application

Client Brief

Client wanted us to enhance the features of his existing web application that helps the business staffs to easily manage the maintenance orders of different sites by simply using a mobile device or any nearby desktop computer.

Our Endeavor

We enhanced the features of the maintenance web application to schedule services of different equipment  belonging to different sites. Each site has a dedicated supervisor and technician. We integrated specific features in the maintenance application through which the equipment maintenance raised by the clients is automatically assigned to the relevant supervisor or technician. Here, maintenance request can be generated in three different modes:
