Client Brief

The client approached us with a requirement of developing an iOS app for Nitaqat Program of Saudi Arabia that would help the users to know their current human resource "Nitaq".

Our Endeavor

The Ministry of Labor of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has launched the Nitaqat (which means ‘Ranges’ in Arabic) program to increase job opportunities for its citizens in the private sector.

Nitaqat Calculator helps the users to know their current or planned Human Resource "Nitaq" Color based on "Nitaqat" Program v.1 By Ministry of Labor of Suadi Arabia. The application is having almost 50 companies with 6 input and 5 output. The formula for each company is different. We have created the singleton class for the formula calculation. We have used flat color and made the simple UI.

The client shared an XLS file which includes company name, input-output parameters and the logic formula for each company. The prime objective of developing this app is to help users to know their Nitaq currently or for the future human resources planning to comply with “Nitaqat Program. Based on the First Mechanism of Nitaqat Program, this application calculates Saudization (Localization) ratio, the Firm size, Total of Saudi Employees by the numbers provided by “Nitaqat Guide”.
