Maintenance & Upgradation of PHP Based eLearning Website to Version PHP 7

Client Brief

The client approached us to upgrade his existing PHP website to the latest version of PHP. Along with version upgrade the client was also looking for integration of SMTP email.

Our Endeavor

We upgraded the existing E-learning website developed in PHP 5.3 to PHP 7, the latest/stable version of PHP. PHP 7 offers good amount of security, scalability, and performance, which essentially enhances the user experience along with the performance. Along with the version upgrade, database optimization was also carried out for speed enhancement.

Additionally, the client had a normal email functionality on his website that resulted in IP issues. Our team triggered an SMTP authenticated email functionality on all LMS setups.
