Maintenance of a WordPress Powered Fitness Website for Atheletes

Client Brief

The client approached us with his existing website, which was in a development mode, and asked us to add a few functionalities into it.

Our Endeavor

Arisingathletes.com is basically an online system to search recommended schools for athletes on the basis of 4 filters; which are: Regions, Athletic Score, Academic Score and Division. After registering into the website, athletic students can search for their recommended schools and select maximum 100 schools to send the e-mail to coaches using a predefined email template with few dynamic variables. Also, they can refer to any other students to use the system for choosing the best schools for baseball training.
 
We have developed the front-end of the “Scholarship Pursuit Program” module having the following steps: Questionnaire >> Results >> Email Template >> Preview >> Confirmation
 
i. Questionnaire – capturing user's personal, family, academic and athletic information.
ii. Results – display highly recommended schools by 4 filters.
iii. Email Template – can create a general email template.
iv. Preview – can see all the individual emails and able to edit one by one before sending to all the coaches. We have integrated Madmimi API for sending emails as well.
v. Confirmation – can see a confirmation message and refer to their friends.
