The client approaches us with a requirement of designing and developing a web based workout planning system with responsive design.

Our Endeavor

R3 Fitness is a website that proffers a web based workout planning system with responsive design that allows the trainers to assess the fitness details of their clients and generate an automated workout planning process for them. Trainer is the one who can directly interact with the client. A trainer can assess the fitness details of his client by conducting an assessment test using the system.

This test contains 3 sections:

1. Personal details: To capture the client personal details like name, age, gender etc.

2. Background information: To assess the client health condition.

3. Movement assessment: To know the past experiences of exercising of the client.

Once the trainer completes the assessment test, then the system will send an alert to the corresponding head trainer to create a workout plan for the particular client.

Workroom: In workroom panel a trainer can view the details of a client's test after the assessment. The details will help the trainer to offer a customized set of fitness exercises that would match according to the details. The templates are created keeping in mind various possible assessment results.

Start Training: Every client can attend maximum 10 sessions as mentioned in their templates. In start, training panel trainer can select the client and will store the results of the respective exercises. Trainer can store the results of each session per day in two different templates. Once the client completes this phase, trainer can request the head trainer to create the template for the next phase.
