Client Brief

The Client asked us to develop a single level marketing (SLM) tool to help generate sales for the fitness drug. He wanted a simple site which provided ease of navigation. This was to be done to get as many users to the site. The client also wanted a simple registration process. The objective was to get maximum possible upgrades to the site using the power of E-Mails so as to reach out the masses.

Our Endeavor

We created an E-Mail campaigner tool using PHP, MySQL and sendmail. When the user goes to a site, he is invited to take a Free tour of the website. When he signs up for the free tour he becomes what is called a "PreEnrollee". All the PreEnrollees are placed in one straight line from top to bottom in the order they came in. Each time there is a new PreEnrollee enrolled, emails are sent to all the users up in the hierarchy. These emails create a sense of urgency and little fear of loss in the upline PreEnrollees by letting them know about the great activity in the line under them. The true power of the system is there when one of the PreEnrollees decides to upgrade his position and joins the company and then receives the "You Have A Guaranteed check Waiting" email. Considering the massive turnover of mails, a tracking system was created to monitor the status of the mails. We created an Admin section which allows administrator to send e-mails, approve the upgrades and un-subscribe users from mailing list.
