The main requirement of the client was to implement a Case Assignment Process. The process includes more than one modules.

Our Endeavor

We have implemented Custom modules and integrated them with the Drupal core modules. There are more than one modules we have worked on; which include: creation of help requests by users, approval of help requests by authorized agents and after that resolving those cases/help-requests by the available resources under the agents. The website includes the users with the role of Agents, Resources and Clients. Client will make a help request and agents look into those requests to approve as case for resolution by the resources assigned corresponding to cases/clients.
