Redevelopment of a Magento Based eCommerce Website

Client Brief

The client approached us for the redevelopment of his Magento based eCommerce website with third party theme integration, Module development, and Data importation. He also wanted us to increase the loading speed of his website.

Our Endeavor

We integrated the third party responsive theme and customized the selected sections of the theme. Our team also customized the YouTube video Player and developed a module to restrict selected products to sell in restricted states. We also implemented the required Optimization techniques to speed up the website. Following are the other tasks we did on this project -

Set up the development environment on our server with the latest version of Magento.
Created a module on the website through which admin can restrict the selected products in certain states.
Customized the third party theme for the Main Menu navigation as per the requirement of the client.
Customized the YouTube video player theme to match it with the rest of the website.

After importing the data we have transferred the website to the client's server and have implemented FULL Page caching, GZIP Compression of the web pages, CSS minification, and Merging, JavaScript Merging in order to speed up the website
