Client Brief

Renewable Marriage License approached us to make several enhancements to his website, renewablemarriagelicenses.com, which provides marriage license certificates online. The platform allows users to apply for a renewable marriage license by submitting necessary details and completing an online payment. The client wanted to improve the website’s user experience and backend functionality to simplify the process for users. He also required better automation of form submission and communication through email. In addition, the project involved enhancing payment processing and shipping integrations. Our team was tasked with refining both the frontend and backend to make the entire process smooth for users.

Our Endeavor

Renewable Marriage License is an online platform that allows users to order Renewable Marriage License Certificates with ease. The main goal of our development work was to make the process faster, more user-friendly, and secure. Users fill out the required details on the website, complete payment online, and receive their certificates conveniently through email.

To achieve this, our team designed and implemented four detailed HTML forms that capture user information accurately. Once the details are submitted, the system automatically generates a PDF version of the completed form. This PDF is then sent directly to the user’s registered email address, confirming successful submission and payment.

We also refined the backend, which was built on WordPress, to accommodate the new functionalities requested by the client. Several modifications were made to the admin panel to make form management, user data handling, and updates more efficient. These improvements helped the website run more smoothly and simplified the process of managing user requests.

To facilitate secure transactions, we integrated the PayPal payment gateway API. This addition allowed users to make payments quickly and safely, without any manual processing. Alongside this, we integrated the FedEx API to support shipping features, enabling the automatic creation of shipping details and smoother handling of certificate deliveries.

During development, our focus was on aligning all features with the client’s operational goals while maintaining easy usability for customers. Each element, from the form submission to email automation, was tested and optimized.

Through these enhancements, we strengthened the platform’s core functions and made it easier for users to complete the process of applying for and receiving their Renewable Marriage License Certificates online. The website now runs efficiently with automated workflows that reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time for users.
