Client Brief

The client approached us with a requirement of customize the Siwapp invoice system for multiple users.By this invoice system different user can make the invoice for their customers, update the customer product forms and make a user access control system with the user management . Users can create sales cycle and select the user for the that cycle and weekdays.

Our Endeavor

• Run sheet - Users can select the customers from the run sheet and then make the invoice for them.

• Customer - Users can add/edit/delete customers.

• Product - Users can add/edit/delete products.

• Quotation - Users can add/edit/delete the quotation for the customers.

• Invoice - Users can add/edit/delete invoices of the customers.

• My settings - Users can set the profile settings.

• Run sheet set up - Users can create his own run sheet cycle for the week.

• Global settings - Sub-domain can set the global setting for the site.

• Printing templates - Users can create/select the template to take print/PDF of the invoices.
