American Nautical Services (ANS), a USA-based surveying & consulting company, offers nautical charts & maritime books. Our team worked on developing their existing website on Ruby on Rails platform.

Our Endeavor

Our developers commenced the development work on client's Ruby on Rails e-commerce website. We worked on Google charts/maps & a functionality that helps in representing charts. We added two more publishers to the “Chart Publisher” list along with the “scale” section. We integrated the “add to cart” & “Create Route” functionality. Using the "Create Route," users can select a customized chart by drawing a rectangle on the map for their desired route. Also, the user can choose multiple maps at one time.
