A WordPress Based Property Listing Website

The project was about developing a property search website. We have enabled property owners to upload their property along with property images, property basic details, property location etc. People who are searching a property for rent do the same through the pre-defined search criteria available on the site. After choosing a property, users need to contact the website admin via email or phone for further discussions or processes to book a property for rent is an offline process.

 

Property owners can upload their property details along with images and other basic details into the system. Using the “Quick Search” fields (i.e area, type, and bedrooms) and “Browse by Areas” one can search and select an appropriate property, search users should need to contact to admin via email and phone to book a property for rent. Also, we have implemented the functionality for search users can also able to add any property in their wishlist area after logged in the website. We have created a functionality for purchase additional services like "Weekly Inspections of your property, Maintenance and arrangement Services and others.".
