Development of Customized WordPress Schema Plug-in

Client Brief

The client wanted us to develop & implement: (1) A plugin for Admin: For enabling the Schema functionality of the WordPress website. (2) A pop-up feature for Web Visitors: Give a choice for the users to submit their feedback. Only admin can view the reviews through admin section.

Our Endeavor

The requirement of the client necessitated a custom plugin to be developed for WordPress instead of customizing third party available plugins. Also, since user friendliness was a prerequisite, we therefore developed the plugin in a way to make it easy to use for the administrator. Using this plugin the admin can simply enter the values in the respective sections and a properly formatted schema is automatically generated and displayed on the website.

In addition to the plugin we added a pop up on the website that asks if the users would like to leave a feedback. Users can choose to accept or deny and if they accept the popup directs them to the respective website where they can write the review. The feedbacks are viewable to the administrator in the control dashboard.
