SynapseIndia marks 19th anniversary with celebration of Foundation Day

 

Every year, the company hosts a spectacular corporate event to mark its day of inception – Foundation Day. This year, the annual event was hosted at a 5-star hotel located in a getaway destination. The diversity and extent of the event perfectly reflected the accomplishments and excellence cultivated by SynapseIndia over the years.

 

By hosting the corporate event away from the hustle-bustle of office life, SynapseIndia management ensured maximum enjoyment and retreat. Luxury buses were hired to make the trip to the venue a memorable journey. The event kicked off with team activities and outdoor games. Groups of employees participated in cricket, volleyball, climbing tug of war, etc. Meanwhile, some employees gathered in the indoor sports facility to play games like table tennis and billiard. Others went to the swimming pool area and enjoyed the beauty of the magnificent waters.

 

The afternoon on a special day was not only filled with team spirit but also with recreational activities. An extensive lawn of the hotel was set up for various activities and an evening program. SynapseIndia employees were seen flocking around the tattoo-making stall, looking for stylish tattoo designs. The joy of getting a beautiful tattoo could be seen on their smiling faces. As some lined up for getting a tattoo, others visited the nearby astrology stall. The astrologer was seen busy in answering questions relating to fortune, career, and marriage, among other things. The selfie stall entertained camera-loving people with props for shooting attractive selfies.

 

Participants took a break for evening snacks and indulged in a chat while enjoying a cup of tea/coffee. The high tea – with spicy snacks and cookies – added new energy and enthusiasm to the afternoon.

 

After a series of energetic activities, the participants prepared for the extravagant evening. The stage was perfectly set and lit to host a diverse program. It started with a speech delivered by Shamit Khemka, the founder of SynapseIndia. He expressed pleasure on seeing the entire SynapseIndia family on the remarkable day. He outlined the achievements of the company and laid out new business plans as well as a few organizational changes. He also thanked the organizers of the event for creating a wonderful program.

 

The evening turned musical with solo and group performances from SynapseIndia employees. The performances included dance, solo song, standup comedy, etc. The audience also enjoyed dance performances by professional dancers.

 

One of the most awaited segments of the evening was the award and announcement. The management announced the winners of various award categories. A new business strategy and an upgraded management structure were also announced.

 

An eye-catching display of fireworks brought special effects and aesthetics to the event. Employees rushed to capture the beauty of the fireworks on their smartphones.

 

The formal program was followed by a more fun-filled DJ party. It's the time of the event that brought the management and the employees together on a single platform – the dance floor. Everyone enjoyed the cheerful music and danced to its beats.

 

The management of the company had booked lavish rooms to ensure that all employees have a comfortable stay during the event. As the night culminated, employees retired to their respective rooms. A delicious breakfast at an elegant restaurant added more joy and fulfillment to the entire experience. The whole SynapseIndia family returned with incredibly beautiful memories and a rejuvenated mind.
