Client Brief

Calabasas Concierge MD is a private doctor's practice based in California, run by Dr. Eryk Hakman. He gives local patients round the clock medical care, both at home and through virtual visits. He never had a website before, and since he isn't very tech savvy, he needed our team to build one from scratch and bring his practice fully online finally.

Our Endeavor

Dr. Hakman came to us needing a website made from the ground up, since he had no online presence for his practice before this. We handled everything from building the site to putting it live, using Webflow and JavaScript to make something that loads fast and is easy for patients to use, one that shows off the round the clock, in-home and virtual care he offers.

Our developer handled the coding, our tester checked everything for smooth performance, and our project manager kept things organized throughout. The client is financially well off but not very hands on with tech, and he sometimes took time to reply, so our team stayed on top of things ourselves instead of waiting around. The whole project got done in 32 working days.

After the site went live, the client saw better engagement from visitors and more visibility online. He was happy enough with the result that he also signed up for our maintenance plan, so we still keep his site running smoothly today.
